New Bed, New Sleep Style?

Like a Starfish

On Your Stomach

With both arms down and your spine at rest in its natural curve, sleeping on your side has been reported to reduce back and neck pain, alleviating the effects of disorders like sleep apnea. But be careful, side sleepers are known to wake up with some arm pain every now and then. Those considering sleeping on their sides should use a contour pillow that provides adequate head and neck support.
