That’s why Mattress Firm conducted ‘Dozed and Confused: Why Americans Have Trouble Sleeping,’ a study designed to show how much the little choices you make each day can affect your sleep health.

From building companies and managing play-date schedules to just remembering to stop at the grocery store after work, there’s no doubt that Americans are working hard. But at Mattress Firm, we’re here to remind you to take a deep breath and remember to sleep harder. 1. Elizabeth RS says:

I can certainly agree. I spend an awful lot of time tossing and turning all through the night just trying to take pressure points off my body and trying to get comfortable enough to get some sleep. I only have restless night sleep.

  2. Georgia Flaherty says:

My bed is fine its the noise I hear from the apt above me wish I had a better place to live then I can get the true sleep needed.
